Easy Lemon-Chicken Rigatoni Recipe

Use a Rotisserie Chicken for this recipe!! You can use baked Chicken I assume, but the flavoring won’t quite be the same. I find that if you season the Chicken with some Basil, and Rosemary that it only enhances, and brings out the flavorings all the more. Of course we have to throw some Garlic in there, along with some Parmesan Cheese to top it off. To make the Lemon flavor, there’s a few ways you can do this. However, I just used Lemon Peel in the end, and found that it was a nice way to give it that Lemon zest.

Slammin’ Shrimp Paella

Some friends and I went out to this Mexican joint one night that was well known for having good food. I decided to try the Shrimp Paella, which is basically a dish consisting of Scallops, Shrimp, Sausage, with a bed of Yellow Rice. Seafood is well known for being on the expensive side, so I decided only to use shrimp in this recipe. Suddenly I realized I was out of Sausage, so I improvised with Chicken. I also topped it off with some Frozen Peas for good measure. While it is a bit different than I intended, I must say it turned out great!

Chorizo Sausage and Egg Burrito

Burrito’s aren’t just for Breakfast, they’re good for anytime of the day. This recipe calls for Chorizo Sausage, and you’re supposed to make it with that kind. However, I couldn’t find it, and was too lazy to go from store to store in hopes that one of them would have it. You can use Pork Sausage like I have in this video, or even Italian would do just fine.

Sloppy Joe with a kick!!

This recipe was one of those throw together, easy ones that take no time at all. The only thing different, and that makes this Sloppy Joe worth a try is the Salsa. I poured a jar of the Spicy kind in here to give it a real kick. You can also put some Red Pepper Flakes in this as well!!
